    Thanks Guys

My pocket book was saying Shurflo but my head was saying Jabsco

    Jabsco it is

    PS

Don't tell the Admiral. She has to pick up the new prop tomorrow. She will be really pissed if I spend $75.00 more than I need to.

I would buy a jabsco, new ones can run dry, try google or ebay.

Can't help with that - but I am considering plumbing in a second pump in parallel with the main one (valved off) just in case the main ones goes when I'm on the hook...

On topic - when the boat was surveyed the surveyor mentioned my Jabsco and told me that's the one all the commercial guys use...said it's bullet proof. Nothing against the Shurflo - just sayin'....

From another thread you know I am in need of a replacement Macerator pump. Steveston marine has a Shurflo on sale for $99.00

Does anyone have any experience with these pumps pro or con?

I do not want to do this job again on this boat

    Thanks
