The 305's have a different setup I think, nice chrome plated port windows. Bastards!

I will be heading down tonight apparently, the admiral demands we spend a night on the boat when its 70 degrees out, cant argue with that.
I didn't know that either, The Bastards

Hi Jim, No it looks like a pin that needs to go in when being assembled, Ryan is going to have a look, be good if you can also.

I thought those little toggle arms were held in with screws. I too will look next time I am at the boat, this week.

I dont think youll have to remove the entire frame to do that. Honestly though I would have to look at mine to be sure of how the heck it goes on.

Yeah had a good look and tried again using a little force but no-way. I really didnt want to have to remove the complete frame and then resealing and all the rest

oooooh that makes more sense to me I am sure you can pop the pin out, I am guessing the screw thingy is damaged in some way for it to pop off. Have you tried poping it back on? It might need a little love tap from a rubber hammer.

Hi Ryan, No I am talking about the port hole, you know the three screw things, I called them toggles that you lift up and screw in the fix close the glass/ Perspex, Well the middle one for some reason has dropped off, It still has the pin through it, but I cant work out how to get it back into place.

are you talking about the light cover or the light itself? The light itself is just 2 screw's, the cover you pop on and twist.

    3055 Port-Light Fittings in Head-gctid374306

Can anyone please tell me how to re-attach the centre port-light toggle in the head, as mine has come off at some stage and was sitting inside the shelf when I bought the boat, Its still there now, so if possible I would like to have back working, so long as I dont have to pull the boat apart to fit it.
Working...
