    Has anyone replaced one of these?

    I've replaced entire transom mounts. Use a fork lift to pull the motor, then unbolt the transom mount and replace.

    There are numerous videos on U Tube that show other work being done on the Alpha 1 GenII.

          That is what I thought. This is the way to replace it w/o pulling the motor.
