Getting ready to do my raw water pump. I see two kits, one with housing, one with out. Is it best to just change out the whole thing or is the housing an inspection part and swap as needed?
you said it inspect the housing, if any scoring/grooves replace...I have serviced minor grooves on my dinghy and kicker outboards with fine emry clothe but with the main alpha drive I would rplace if questionable
