My port cylinder is leaking so looking for new one. Is the port or starboard the same?

If memory serves me, yes. You'll notice that each cylinder offers four ports. Two on the base end, two on the stem end.
One cylinder gets the extra ports plugged.

Be careful when buying on e-Bay. Some sellers do not know the difference between the 290 and the later C drives ( SP-C and DP-C ).
They will list the cylinder as though if fits all of them.
