Last step to complete my kicker install is to run the new fuel line. I know running off the same tank as the main motor is not recommended by some as if the tank get's contaminated both motors will be effected but feel it is the best option for me.
I have tapped a new shutoff valve off the empty exit port on my fuel filter body 1/4" NPT and have the quick connect hose with primer bulb (I think this is 3/8" hose).
Going to have about 100" run of hose to get to the outboard on the Port corner.
1) What diameter hose is recommended?
2) Any specific grade of fuel hose?
3) I was going to cut the tank end of the quick connect off the primer bulb hose and connect that to the new hose I am running. What is the recommended connection for this?
