How reinstall seat for trophy 1998 2052-gctid366983

Purchased a 1998 trophy 2052 with the port seat missing I can see where it was installed by the holes in the deck. How do I secure a new mount without being able to get underneath to secure with bolt and nuts.

Depending on what shape the deck is in you use these http://www.westmarine.com/webapp/wcs...4755&langId=-1 I never used them for seats, but I've used them to anchor a base for a gas powered pot puller.

I used them to mount the head. They work good.
