I had a survey done on a 38 foot bayliner with twin Hino 175 engines today. It starts and runs great, however there is white smoke with a little gray coming out of the Starboard engine. We ran it for awhile on a sea trial and the smoke never went away. The machanic doing the engine survey told me it might be old fuel. The injectors have resently been replaced, however at full throttle the starboard engine runs about 300 RPM lower then the Port engine. Has anyone had this problem and what do you think I should do. The engines have only been run about 60 hours in the last 3 to 4 years. Like I said the engines start great and run good.

Follow your mechanics advice! (as long as this is respected establishment)
I have operated diesel equipment for 35 years, but I'm just another arm chair quarterback. You and mechanic were on scene and the rest of us were not.
Assume mechanic has done all preliminary tests like pressure testing closed side of cooling system and exhaust elbow/mixer, thermostat and etc...
Were injectors rebuilt on both engines? If not, maybe they were changed out to cure smoking?
Could be a lot of things causing smoke. White/blue smoke on cold startup is normal, but will clear up as engine warms up. If it does not it could faulty injector(s), not likely as they were recently rebuilt. Maybe PO went cheap on injector work?
Owner and you need to amend the sales contract formula going forward agreeing on who pays for what, and / or discounting sale price...
As further investigation below will be costly.
Oil samples
Fuel sample
Pull injectors and have them checked and if indicated have pump checked too.
Compression check
Bore Scope if possible
