I have a '85 4550, can anyone tell me what battery bank, port or starboard, is for starting or house?

I believe starboard is house, port starting, am I correct?

Should be but who knows what previous owners have done. Usually the house battery voltmeter stays active while the engine battery volt meter shuts down with the key.

On my 1988 4518 the starboard battery is the house battery and the port battery is the starting battery.
