These should give you piece of mind. Is North Harbor casting these themselves? I don't think I've seen this shape before, however that's not saying too much.

As PC eluded to I would highly recommend having them "Ceramic" coated they will out last the boat.

Based on the color and taking the OP at face value they are not coated - those are either cast stainless or Aluminum.

Aluminum I would probably coat. Stainless not so much.

I've been meaning to post this shoutout but have been with work, upgrades to my 3888 and the Wuhan Red Death over the holidays.

Greenwater Marine is an awesome company to do business with! I purchased a new set of exhaust risers and had them ceramic coated back in September of 2020. At a time where I've noticed customer service in decline with many companies, this wasn't the case with Greenwater. Their knowledge of the Bayliner was great. The delivery date given was weeks not months. They showed up early.
