looking for Hino 110 spin-on fuel filter replacement.

    Hi all,

I'm looking for spin on fuel filter options to replace the Hino 23401-1132 or 1133. My local marine supplier had to spend a day working on it (usually they can answer all my questions on the spot, so this was strange). Eventually they say the Baldwin BF940.

I'm hoping some experienced owners out there can confirm if that will work, and/or let me know what filters you use in place of the Hino filters which (as far as I know) are very difficult to find.

    thanks much,
    -Dennis

Have you tried the Wix website? I have a few on the boat. I'll try and remember to get the details of them.

The Baldwin BF940 do work. I have been using them on Mr. Darcy for a few years. No problems. I usually order 6 at a time and get a very good price on them. I forget what the micron rating is.
