    Finally Underway!

Well, after a long spring, and some snotty weather we are finally underway.
The hope is that we do not get turned around and arrive at Prince William Sound happy.
We are on the back side of a front so the seas are going in the downward direction

I think we are good to go.

The seas are running with maybe 5-6 foot swells and maybe 3 foot of chop on top of that.

the closest bouy is calling it 8’

hard to get a photo kinda bouncy. Wife and dogs in the aft settee.

im up on plane to help dampen the motion

The wind went to zero, the wind waves smoothed, and the sun started to peak out.

Now it’s just swell, happy happy!

Well, made it across, caught two small halibut, and some cod for dinner, and we’re now off to set our shrimp pots and anchor off for the night.
