Remove the aluminum strip that is attached to the front side of the bottom track. Find the holes that access the wheel adjustment screws on the door. Loosen them all the way so that the door drops down as far as possible. Lift the door up as far into the wood track at the top and swing the bottom of the door out. You may need to have someone hold the wheels up with a putty knife so they don't fall and catch on the track. There's a picture in this thread.
If the door wont raise up high enough to lift over the track, you will have to remove the track at the bottom. There are several screws (4-5-6?) that hold the track in place. Be careful when sliding the track off the door jamb as the weight of the door can cause it to drop on your fingers/hands/feet. If help is available, take advantage of the extra hands.
