    3270 hatch seals

My 1986 3270 has two small hatches that are on the "stepped" part of the bow deck. One of these is just above the stove in the galley and the other is just about centered in the head. These hatches unlatch and raise up to allow airflow and venting. The hatch over the galley is leaking water when it rains. Does anybody have a source for replacing the seals on this hatch? The mounting seal seams to be fine but it leaks where the upper and lower seals come together when the hatch is closed.

Pretty sure yours are a aftermarket hatch, my 88 has solid plexiglass , often thought I would do opening hatches but have not found the size needed. do you have pics?

Yep. Probably aftermarket. I replaced the plexiglass on mine two years ago. Just needed to reseal properly.

            Nice hatches but not OE.
Can you tell what brand they are?
I just got some new gasket for the Bomar main hatch similar to yours.

This sounds silly but I just assumed they were OE so I never checked for a brand name. Guess I need to check them out closer to see if there is a brand........

Those appear to be roughly double the size. Took some surgery eh.

Guess so but not by me. I have only owned the boat since early August and they were all ready installed. It is nice after the fact to find out that my boat has had some nifty aftermarket items added!
