    4788: pilothouse lights

Today I was cleaning the dust off of my switch panel and ran into a peculiar problem. When I restored power to the panel, my pilot house puck lights were on even though the dimmer switch is off. I tried turning them on and off but they remain on the entire time. I never got near the dinner while cleaning or behind he panel. Does anybody have a clue what would make these lights remain on? Thanks

Update: went in to another project. Came back to diagnose the lights and all worked well. Easy fix.

It scares me when electricity does that when my back is turned.

Hi Steve. Merry Christmas. Not sure. They started working fine when I went back to diagnose. My hypothesis is the dimmer switch is going out. I have a new one on order.
