    Atlanta 45(39)s-gctid401107

This won't be a big deal for you guys living in areas where 45s and 47s grow on trees, but here in Atlanta there are only three 45s in the entire area (and there are no 47s), so last weekend we took our first cruise together.

Here's our home movie if you want to see a pretty sight--a gorgeous summer afternoon in the South and three well loved 45s cruising side by side: http://youtu.be/Wf8WSEH6tpU

As a former Lanierian and fellow 45 owner, I LOVE this video! VERY VERY cool!

Very Nice!!! Makes me homesick for my boat and a cruise. Havn't been out of the harbor (we have at least three and maybe 4 45 Bayliners in our Whittier, Alaska Small Boat Harbor) since last September due to an electrical fire in the 115V Contol Panel. Hopefully, be repaired by the end of August and I can get a couple of extended cruises in before winter sets in again.

Also, where was this filmed.? A look at Google Earth show Atlanta to be about 250 miles from the nearest salt water in Florida, Georgia, or South Carolina.

            Darby,

This was filmed at Lake Lanier. It's about 40 miles north of Atlanta. Ducksoup made all the arrangements with camera crew and getting the boats together......and of course cocktails later.
