I've been wanting to change out the horn for something a bit more robust but for the life of me I can't find where the existing horn is located. Any direction is appreciated.
It's located as Bay described. You'll see a plastic cover with a few small holes. The horn is electric and looks like something you'd see on a 1959 Ford. Not kidding.
My 3788 has a similar horn. I disconnected it and installed a pair of air horns on the flybridge, The compressor fits nicely under the dash area. The horns are much louder than the original one and work well.
