    Bowmar P2000-30-gctid824173

I am having trouble;le finding any Bowmar P2000-30 brackets for the porthole tie-downs on my '86 4550.

Does anyone know of a source, or a replacement latch or tie-down that will fit?

Mick, Bowmar part numbers are, I'm sorry to say, a joke. I called them with my hatch number and was told they could not tie any old numbers to a configuration. There is also no logic to the part numbers. It appears to me, as a manufacturing cost analyst, that they make it up as they go then trash the information.

That said, if you could provide a picture of the parts you are talking about we can probably guide you to a source. I've seen all sorts of Bowmar latch handles on eBay called all sorts of things. It's a challenge, but not as bad as trying to find parts for a 1918 Maxwell. :side:

I got to messing around and found this and an opposite if this is sort of what you are looking for. http://www.ebay.com/itm/BOMAR-Extrud....c100005.m1851

      Here's a picture of one. The base is about 1.75" X 1/2".

It's pretty simple piece made of plastic. Does anyone know a a place that could scan it and 3-d print it?
