Hello: I've searched and found comment of ' I replace mine every four years' from one member, but no reference as to the number of hours of use if a factor. Is the lifespan of shaft packing material (I"m pretty sure I used the GFO type and it's been great) typically based on hours of use, years in service, or a combination of both? Hauling tomorrow so didn't want to wait until the last minute.
