Hauling out my old 3288 (135 Hinos), what maintenance should I do?-gctid823718

I'm hauling out my 3288 with 135 Hinos. I've owned the boat for 4 years and only done bottom paint, hull wax, and zincs in previous haul outs. This year I'd like to fix + maintain everything possible. Here's my plan so far, would like all parts in my hand and a mechanic booked before I lift the boat out.

    [ol]

    [li]pull both prop shafts[/li]

    [li]rebuild PSS dripless seals[/li]

[li]get shafts straightened or replaced, one is a bit wobbly[/li]

    [li]have props balanced[/li]

    [li]inspect / replace cutlass bearings[/li]

[li]replace seal in one Hurth/ZF trasmission, it drips a bit of fluid. Should I do a full rebuild?[/li]

[li]replace several (maybe all?) engine mounts, they're tired and de-laminated[/li]

[li]remove external bow thruster from previous owner[/li]

    [li]replace zincs[/li]

    [li]bottom paint[/li]

    [li]hull wax[/li]

    [/ol]

Is there anything else I should do? Can someone recommend an experienced 32 Bayliner mechanic in the Delta / Ladner area? I'd like to hire a pro for stuff like the engine mounts, tranny seals, and re-installing my shafts and props.

    Thanks!
