I replaced mine last year with a FloJet 04405143A (same one that was in it when I bought the boat)

    Works great.

Flojet 4405 Series Water System Pumps deliver smooth, consistent flow without the need for an accumulator tank. Features: Internal bypass feature eliminates pulsating water and pressure switch noise Services up to (5) outlets Pump can run dry

Update: I finely got a look at my existing pump and it is a FloJet R4515-715 which is no longer manufactured. The recommended replacement is a Jabsco 42755-0092, both are 12V variable speed pumps. FloJet, Jabsco and Rule are all part of the same cooperation. Since my need is for a spare and the variable speed pumps cost about three time the one suggested by Cap_Fury, I'm going to acquire a FloJet 44051-143. Thanks for the help.

Since you are replacing a pump anyway, take a look at the post I just put up (Recomended for all Larger Bayliners - Domestic water pump). You might as well add a second pump while you are at it.
