wiper squirter fittings on a 1993 - 43.88-gctid818359

My fitting below windshield broke that holds the rubber tube for the squirter window cleaner solution, also broke is one of the fittings that attach to the wiper arm that rubber tube hooks to. Any suggestions who may have in stock? 43.88 1993
