I have the same problem, did you eventually get the bolt out and if so how do you do it?

          Kev,

Did you use any type of anti seize on the tips when you re installed? If so what did you use?

I did, just the standard silver stuff. The injector shop recommended I do it.

Have you tried a counterclockwise drill bit?

I'd like to service the injectors in my two EH 700 Hinos non turbo 175 HP. (approx 1500 hrs. TTSN) Rather than pull 12 injectors and send them out and then reinstall the rebuilt injectors a few days later, I'd like to buy a set of 6 reman injectors and put the 6 remans injectors then send in the original 6 for overhaul after which I would repeat the process with the 2nd engine. Does anyone have a supplier who will do this? Does anyone have 6 reman injectos for sale? Ken Jennings 202 378 4868 [email protected]

                  send
