Had 2 of my 12volt on/off light switches fail on my 96 4087. Looking for a source for the small 1.25 x 0.5" ubiquitous light switches. WM can't get them for me, ordered one but turned out to be too big. Anyone know where I can get them from?

Fleabay has all sorts of switches. You can get lights and switches they never even dreamed of back in 96. The hole sizes have grown a bit as well in some cases. As for the one you have sometimes you have to carefully ream out the hole a tad and it will go. Dremel tool is very handy for those sort of things. Those little sanding drums and reamers are slow but handy. I stuffed a pneumatic die grinder in and form fitted em for my bass boat.

On the 4788 the light switches are Vimar. Not sure if they are the same on 4087...

Well Del city has all you need if you measure. I thought I did and ordered 25 of the wrong size. So I have a bag of switches for some other use I guess.

if you are talking about the switches on the dash, I replaced all of mine with rocker switches from Home Depot. They were abut $5 a piece. They snapped right into the existing holes.

I've since replaced them all. they fit nice and look good.
