    Nissan 180hp diesel-gctid813335

    I am in the market for a new (used boat) and have come across a boat with Nissan 180hp diesels.

    I cannot find any information on them at all on the google, so I am guessing they are completely without access to parts.

    The other possibility is that they are now represented under another brand?

    Does anyone know?

    I'm not familiar with 180 HP Nissans, but my 3270 had 80 HP Nissans. Are you sure about the size?

            Good, solid engine on my previous 3270. Still widely used on warehouse tugs and forklifts. Nissan truck dealers generally have parts. There also is a retailer in northern CA with Nissan diesel parts. If needed, you could ask Bayliner 3270 owners for a copy of the engine manual. Hope this helps.

              Welcome to the site. I have a 3270 with the sd33 Nissan's. There is a fellow in Everett Washington at Blue Ridge Marine Supply 1-425-355-4700 that has parts and a ton of information. I purchased a manual on Ebay at a good price and from what I have found on parts prices gaskets and parts are reasonable. While they make for a slow boat they are great engines. I have pulled my engines and prepping for new fuel tanks. While the engines and tanks are out I am completely refinishing the bilge and replacing all of the wire hangers, any questionable wires and all hoses. After 35 years on the water a complete bilge tune up is in order before the engines go back in.
