Hello Bayliner team,

The radio in our bout has no power, I am looking for a wiring diagram that may help me locate the power issue. A wiring diagram would be awesome or if someone can tell me which fuse to start with first would be a big help as well. We are new to this type boating and we have 0 paper work as far as electrical operation. Maybe there is a aux radio power switch I don't know about?? Any input or help on where to start would be a great help. Thanks crew and float safe my friends.

Is it located below the STBD side helm seat?

Factory wiring diagram isn't going to help you much,

Pull it out, break out the meter, check for voltage on the back

It is and that's what I figured I was going to be doing this evening once I get to the boat. Had a finger crossed that maybe I would get lucky and have a fuse or aux switch I didn't know about. Voltage meter already in the tool bag sitting in the truck.. lol Should be fun since it appears to be a rats nest under there!!

Thanks!! Few headaches but it all seems to be coming together. I have been on boats since I was a little one and owned boats since I was old enough to say I own one, but this one is definitely a different animal. Family is excited and I'm running out of time for the big memorial day trip! Thanks as always for all input you guys and gals have responded with. Wash party today and breaking out the new buffer hopefully tomorrow!! Fresh carbs installed yesterday so maybe we will be able to see her run down the river for the first time in a few hours!! Fresh water boat or salt?

Twin 250 5.7 2 barrel Mercarb? they are famous for smoking, running rich,

3258 is very stern heavy, check both upper SQ shaft seal especially if she was a saltwater boat.

Fresh water boat, Twin 5.7 2 barrel. New carbs put on Friday needing some carb adjustment, do have one of the motors that started white smoking a bit after start up Saturday evening. It does appear to be stern heavy for sure. This boat will be used in a shallow water fresh water lake and more as a floating camper on the weekends.
