have a 45ft 1986 pilot house which my starboard side shiftier cable broke! do you have to replace the whole linkage and housing or just the cable inside the housing?
YES you have to replace the entire cable. there are numbers on one end. those number will tell you how long the cable is and the size and throw it has. With that you can order placement a marine supplier of your choice
