    Replacing Rubrail on my 3788.-gctid803057

I am having the rubrail replaced on my 1997 3788. It's the all aluminum, no insert used on I believe on 3788/3988 MYs from 95-99??? Maybe 47s too? I was going to originally just replace a large section that got damage via hurricane, but calls to Bayliner confirmed No Longer Available. If you need some they should be able to salvage some sections. Shipping from South Fl might be costly though.

I had the ship yard do the work. It took them about 6 hours to remove the old rub rail and perhaps 8 hours to add the new. Total cost including all parts was $2,000.00. The appearance is much better, I am pleased as the old aluminum rail was beat up.
