I am working through a wiring short in the Mid Bilge pump on my 96 3587, this is a manual pump with no float switch. There is a short some where causing the 12 volt breaker to trip. I have removed the pump and when I turn on the switch at the lower helm it pops the breaker. I was searching for a a boat wiring diagram to see where these wires run but found nothing. I have an upper station with a switch, lower station with a switch, and a 12 volt breaker in this system and I was hoping someone had a schematic indicating where these wires run so I could start ruling things out. I have the owners manual that shows the 12 volt panel but no boat layout. Any advice would be great.
