North Harbor is likely to only have complete turbos at several thousand dollars. Talk to the folks at Alamo in Kent, Wa or just East of Vancouver, BC. They came up with parts for my IHI and rebuilt it when two other companies said no parts were possible for the turbo on my 310 Hinos. The main part needed was the same as yours. Apparently some IHI turbos use same compressor wheel but with different part numbers that vary with turbo part number.
