    No power to ignition-gctid390670

Well what a suprise when I went to start my 95 3988 and nothing happened. No buzzer no nothing.

Went to rear 12v panel and did a check on the breakers for the port and starboard ignition and the hot wire going to the breaker was dead. I put a jumper wire from a hot lead to the breaker and there was buzzing, turned the key to start and the engines started. The only thing I can think of is a breaker or a fuse has blown in the hot lead going into the breaker. Does anyone know if there is a breaker or a fuse. The wire going to the breaker goes into the bundle of wires and out of sight. I know this wire is red with a purple strip but have no idea where it goes.

    Thanks

Merc setup there is a reset switch," a big red button "on top of the starter. Or there is a fusable end that might have burnt off, in that exact same location.
