Thanks blake for the kind words. After my 3rd 47, we decided on a 05 540 meridian. Great boat as are the 5288's and 5788's. They are much better as far as ride. I guess the weight helps, but the fuel economy at speed isn't anywhere near as good. It was a pleasure meeting you in florida. You also wouldn't recognize rick's 57, as he has totally redone it.

Hey Doug, nice picture of you and Rick. You're now famous. Blake's correct after 2 38's, a couple of 45's and 3 47's you got pretty good training before the 54 Meridian. My question is what were you doing with a 40' Tolly sport fish in the middle?
