North Harbor is good. An alternate if they do not have parts is the Canadian West Coast Hino distributor (also Merc) in Nanaimo, BC. They are on the waterway behind Newcastle Island in Nanaimo. Here is a link:
In the past they have had parts that the folks in Anacortes did not have and a few years ago I got risers for my Hino 310s cheaper from them than North Harbor including all the shipping and import duty. They also are good at getting parts no longer sold by Hino.
Started boating 1965
Bayliners owned: 26 Victoria, 28 Bounty, 32, 38, and 47 since 1996
