Is the 341*Meridian Yacht a newer version of the 3270 MY. In another words did the 341 evolve from the 32xx MY.

The 3488,341 are a two cabin boat with both cabins forward and galley up at the salon level. They are all gas or Cummins.

As Talman indicated, the 341 Meridian evolved from the 3488 Avanti.
The 3488 Avanti was a Vee drive boat, and mine had 315 Cummins engines.
It was a true deep V planing hull boat. Very fast with a 26 knot cruise speed.
The boat had a great interior layout, but suffered from the fact that the engines are only a couple of inches apart. This created maintenance issues in that it was almost impossible to perform any work between the engines.

The 341 meridian is the one boat I want to upgrade too! love the layout.. but ya the 32 has nothing to do with it.
