My 1983 3270 weighed 14,000 pounds on a DOT scale (I weighed the empty trailer to get the net).
It had 6-cyl gas engines at the time, a 9' fiberglass Livingston skiff, no water, no fuel. I estimated there was about 1,000 pounds of gear on board.
So -- right at 13,000 pounds. Bayliner published 13,720 pounds as the weight with partial fuel (whatever that means) and 400 pounds passenger weight.

Is it a 3250 or an explorer? They are not the same boat. A 3250boat weighs 10850 dry. Depending on the model maybe more if its a fly bridge model. I think those are near 12000lbs. Explorer is a displacement hull a 3250 has a planning hull. 3250 also known as a conquest.
1989 Avanti 3450 Sunbridge
twin 454's
MV Mar-Y-Sol
1979 Bayliner Conquest 3150 hardtop ocean express.
Twin chevy 350's inboard
