Ask at your local RV dealers to find where they get their mattresses made. These are also unusual sizes and shapes and pretty much all custom made. Out here on the West Coast we have Royal City Bedding who will make any cushion or mattress to your specs. Must be someone in your area who does the same.

I had a spring mattress made for our 47 when new, that matched exactly the master stateroom shape of the factory mattress including sloped sides, odd shapes, etc. Also had a custom foam mattress made for the side stateroom. I just looked in yellow pages at the time and found a couple of different made to order mattress companies in Seattle area and got quotes for what we wanted. My wife does not have fond memories of the day they were brought to the boat. In order to get them into the 47 hallway, the steps down had to be removed. while removing breakable things she was worried about, she accidentally stepped back and fell into the open bilge. She cracked two bones in her ankle and has two large metal straps and several screws in her ankle every since.

We ahd two mattresses made for our 3988 by Handcraft Mattress Company and love them. They have several options on type of construction and use marine environment friendly materials. Not cheap but well worth it to us. their website is "www.boatbeds.com"
