Where do i purchase the hydraulic fittings and shutoff valves for hynautic systems?

The fittings are propriatary to hynautic. A few years ago I tried getting them and they were only availabe as hose assemblies and very expensive. I was on vacation and in Port McNeill.I found a work around and never contacted the Mfg.

You can get these from Seattle Marine.

Be careful if you order hose from them. Note that the correct fittings are for 5/16 OD tubing Make CERTAIN that they ship the hose to work with these fittings. The first hose they sent to me was for 5/16 ID tubing. Of course it was the wrong size.

I lost the link when my lap top crashed last year but the name of the place that re-built mine was Southern Charm. It cost less than $200.00 and they had it back to me in ten days. Give it a google.

Props for the Southern Charm site. You can sift through and find everything you need. The connections can be located in a kit that has extra o rings etc. I have a bunch of spares on my boat but the part number is not handy. CF-04-SC might be it. These 4 part fittings are getting harder to locate and they do sell an upgraded style fitting; if you are rebuilding your whole system might be worth it...dunno.

Southern Charm is where I just got my tube fittings. Come in a package of two sets for 30.00. I bought two packs due to replacing all three tubes and fittings going into the back of my H50 on the upper helm. Had the steering rebuilt two yrs ago but the hose on the back side started leaking. I obtained all of my fittings and pump oil for my autopilot system from Seattle Marine and Fishing Supply Co. They have a sizable display of Hynautic parts.

The kit, which like I mentioned is the way to go. I grabbed a bunch of these. HYN CF04 part # might be found at fisheries supply if you call them. Great people to work with.
