Contact Bomar. They made most of the hatches for Bayliner. If you call Bayliner they will give you the Bayliner part number for the hatch. Then call Bomar parts and tell them the Bayliner part number and they will translate it into the Bomar part number. Ask them to send you a parts breakdown for the hatch. Pick put the part and order it. I keep the assembly drawiing they sent me for my records.

Thats a pretty large hatch.
If you are thinking of the gasket that goes between the hatch and the flybridge then you might be better off to use 4200 or something along those lines. I dont like silicone much, but it might be a good place for it since it would allow pretty easy removal and redoing.
If its the gasket between the plexiglass door and the frame then I'd be inclined to replace it with weatherstripping.
