We made a pattern and took it to an auto glass place. Make sure you get the right width of glass or the frame won't go back on. It just drops into the track as stated above.
ours broke about 4 years back at the isthmus, and he even came out on the express to replace it. We were luck and were able to get the glass pre-cut through a bayliner dealer and had it shipped right to the island.
You pull the black weather strip from the bottom, top and side and then the glass lifts and rotates in and out.
Hope the frame is not bent like ours was...that was the hard part to straighten
