    Who Cares?-gctid358782

Hello to anyone that I suckered into this thread

Question: I was going to buy one of these >> http://www.overtons.com/modperl/prod...-9-dia&i=13905

Now I guess that I know, or think I know that anchor marker balls are supposed to be red.

    I don't like RED :thumb

    Was going to buy yellow.

Whaddaya say, does naybody care if it's yellow? I mean if there's a ball floatin' in front of your boat,,,well isn't it obvious what's going on? I can hear the post crash dressing down now: "Well hell ya lady, I sure did crash into your boat cuz I thought it was gonna move outta my way! If only that ball in front of your boat connected to your anchor had been RED, I woulda known and steered clear!"

thanks for any opinions,,,,,especially if they lean towards Yellow

Sarah,,,,who does not look good in RED and doesn't want it anywhere near her boat!

    heh heh

I used a yellow one... no problems there. But, I hated it. It tangles on the anchor rode and generally is a p.i.t.a. to use IMO. OH, and no one really pays attention to it anyway.

Get the yellow one, I would think anyone that sees something floating in the water might assume it is associated or attached to the boat directly behind it . . . . if not, the color won't make up for stupid . . . .

I think yellow will be most visible, I would stay away from the green, it would be much harder to see.

Put this decal on yours, and they will.

            Sarah, you do the same.

I added an anchor marker to my gear after the coasties almost tangled in my rode at an event.

                It is YELLOW.

I hate it when any of my balls are red. Yellow isn't any comfort either. Do what you have to do Sarah...:coo-

HA,,,,,,pretty funny Jeff but yea, I thought since I was asking about a singular um,,,,'sphere' and not multiple,,,,,,'spheres' that maybe it would stay pure

But the important thing is that I now feel free to buy YELLOW

                    thanks guys!

Sarah, I just wanted to mention that came into your thread armed with compassion after reading the "Who Cares?" thread title.

Whether yellow, red, black and blue.... single or twin spheres.... I was relieved to see that it didn't involve a serious medical condition.
