    Moving on... maybe-gctid353982

    Well, it looks like I might be moving on from Nebraska and going to Mississippi... Columbus to be exact. I have my 2750, and was wondering if anyone out there in BOC land knows anything about the area and if its going to be friendly to my boating addiction. I would also like to maybe rent a boat to live on while Im there, so if anyone knows of how to go about this, please let me know.

      Columbus is just the heart of the Tenn-Tom, shortcut on the Great Loop. Probably not much boating opportunity there...

        Hey Bills. We are still on for meeting up around late Spring/Early Summer. Prob wont PCS until August... hopefully anyway. Think of a good time to meet up and we will motor up that way.

        Heres to hoping we can even get ON the Missouri this year!

          DaveB, what I'm getting form the Corps is that normal runoff this spring with navigation starting in April. So surf & turf with drinks on me just name your poison. Warmer weather cant get here soon enough!
