I recently replaced the galley sink in AQUA HOLIC, a bit bigger, and deeper. I also added a drink dispenser, that runs through a water filter assembly. I haven't hooked that up yet because I am going to have the water tested first. I already did the bleach treatment to the system and flushed.
I used the water system on my Catalina 36 for 4 years, and I find it way more convenient to use the ships water. The sink is way better at containing the spraying water!
