From the photos it looks like a very nice 38.

It'll take someone from the PACNW to actually go look at it to determine if its worth bidding on though.

Is that the standard color they have in 3888 carpeting...... I have been on my hands and knees scrubbing to clean it.. looks good for that day and when it dries.. back to droll looking.. just shy of ripping it out.

Won't make it past $50K but it could have probably brought $60K if condition is decent and electronics aren't all early 90's vintage and a few bucks had been spent to update a few of the soft finish items inside to make it look a bit less dated.

A complete DIY redo of the electronics is a 10K easy, hire a pro and that is going to be another 4-5K to install.

The way things keep dropping - I am getting worried that I overpaid for mine (project) last year.
