I'm looking at replacing my bimini top this Spring and am having a hard time figuring out what to look for. I currently have a 3 bow bimini that's in pretty rough shape. I'm replacing it and would like to get the sides, back, and clear/windshield part too. For the life of me I can't remember what the clear part is called so I can't search for it and haven't stumbled across it either....something like iglass islis...lol something with an i/eye.

Also, since my boat already has the snaps on the windshield how do I get the enclosure pieces that match up with the existing snaps, or can I without having it custom made?

Isinglass? You are talking about the clear enclosure for the helm/cockpit area correct

I would suggest that you check out STRATOGLASS as an alternative to the isenglass. Its coated with a no scratch surface that makes the "glass" last for years w/o yellowing and is easier to keep clean. Can use cleaners that would normally yellow the isenglass.
