Bravo and Alpha drive question-gctid404694

Hi,

Dead engine in my 1994 5.7L Mercruiser with Bravo drive.

I'm looking at an older 5.7L that came out of a Amerosport that has Alpha Drive.

Will that engine drop straight in and connect to the Bravo bell housing OK? Any mods needed?

Yes.

There may be a different carb on the older 5.7L. Mercathode system?
