It was 26 below zero here this morning. Fortunately the 2755 is in the shop but enough already with winter. I had booked my kid to come help me start it this weekend but clearly that plan won't fly.

Mine is sitting on its lift/dock less than a 100 yards from the house. I get to sit and look at her all winter. Thought I'd do spring commissioning this weekend, but we still might have some overnight freezing temps here in Maryland. Looking to float her around 16/17 April now...
I'm 1100 kilometers away from mine. Won't be on her till May. I agree with Grahame - “Believe me, my young friend, there is nothing - absolutely nothing - half so much worth doing as simply messing about in boats.”

Mine is “moored” on the hard and I love going and tinkering this time of year. Too cold to sit outside most of the time.
mine is on the hard as well. Once March hits I'm down there every weekend for a few hours tending to "the list". I'll turn on the propane stove to take the chill off and sit and have a beer and ponder while I cross off the tasks done to date and add more. Can't wait to launch in May.
