Looking for Feedback on Narrows Marina in Tacoma

    HI Folks,

I have an opportunity to buy a boat house at the Narrows Marina and I'm interested in any feedback anyone might have about the marina itself, the management, etc.

I've heard that at low tide it can be hard to get in or out of the marina due to how shallow it gets. Any truth to that?

Thanks in advance for your feedback.

I don’t know about the Narrows Marina itself, but if you are asking about the whole bay behind Day Island, you are going to need some local knowledge. Getting to Day Island Yacht Club at the south end of the bay requires really hugging the west side of the bay. There’s all sorts of interesting stuff out there in the middle that’s hidden by the tide.

Thanks Richard. Is there a good time of day I should call?
