How do I access the horn on my recently purchased 1997 2855 ciera?

It's in the anchor rode locker You can access it through the hatch in the bow at the upper berth. Be careful wasp love to nest in mine.

I have installed a new windlass on my 2855. In order to do that, I had to remove the bow cleat. Got any suggestion on where to reinstall that cleat?
