What's going on in Blaine?
About a year ago Westmarine by the marina closed, which is understandable with their outrageous prices. But in the last couple months the Ace Hardware closed and then also the subway that was right next-door to Westmarine.
Are you stuck paying your slip fees until someone takes it over, you can't just end the rent agreement like a normal slip?
