I am planing on doing mine over the winter as well on our 96 2855. I have seen that Canvas Plus has the patterns for them. I plan to call/ send an e-mail to get prices and more information. You may want to start there as well. Best of Luck!
Better to call Kim at CanPlus than email. She's out in the shop a lot but carries a phone with her. If you haven't looked yet and if it's like my 2655 the individual padded pieces all install separately via a screw in each corner of each separate section. through slits in the material. If you compress the covering and foam away from the adjacent piece, you should see these slits which aren't visible once everything's back in place. One more thing Bayliner didn't to during assembly that I plan on doing and did in the helm seat was to close off the slits the screws attach through with color matching RTV to keep moisture and little critters out. I'll try and attach pictures here but still aren't as comfortable with this new site programming so I may have to do that over. Hope this'll help.
